These terms govern use of our website and direct purchases from GrimForg3D, together with our Returns, Shipping and Privacy Policies. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting terms.

Products and orders

Listings describe the physical item, finish option, size and included components. A physical print purchase does not include digital model files unless expressly stated. Please review your selected options and the stated production time before payment.

Small variations in handmade finishing, print texture and on-screen color can occur. These variations do not excuse material differences from the listing or agreed specifications.

We may need to decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfill, including an unavailable item or a material listing error. We will contact you and promptly refund any payment for a canceled, unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your approval.

Requests, quotes and commission availability

A catalog suggestion or print-request form is an inquiry, not an accepted order, reserved production slot or delivery commitment. Any accepted quote identifies the model, physical item, size, finish, price and dispatch estimate before payment.

Full-suit and new bespoke commissions are currently paused. A request form does not override that pause. We may offer selected featured prints or collect suggestions for future shop items, subject to the availability stated on the website.

Customer information and supplied material

Please provide accurate contact, shipping and measurement information. Send only files, images or other material you have permission to share for the requested purpose. Submitting material does not transfer ownership to us. It allows us to review and use it only as reasonably necessary to assess and fulfill an agreed request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may decline requests that we cannot lawfully or practically fulfill. Linking to a designer or displaying a model does not promise that every item in that designer's catalog is available from us.

Cosplay use and care

Our cosplay masks, helmets, armor and props are costume or display items. They are not protective equipment and are not intended for combat, impact protection, driving or other safety-critical use. Check venue rules before taking props to an event. Wearable pieces may restrict vision, hearing or movement; use them only where you can do so safely and remove them if they cause discomfort.

Follow the listing and supplied care instructions. Avoid hot vehicles, direct heat, open flames and prolonged intense sunlight. Printed materials can deform under heat. Keep small parts away from young children. Decorative items are not intended for food contact unless expressly described and supported as suitable for that use. Care instructions do not remove our responsibility for a defective or misdescribed product.

Intellectual property and external websites

GrimForg3D branding, original photographs and original website text belong to their respective owners. Model designs and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. No affiliation, endorsement or franchise authorization is implied unless expressly stated. External designer websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Website use

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, malicious code or abusive material, or to interfere with its operation. We may restrict misuse while continuing to honor existing customer obligations and applicable law.

Problems and applicable rights

Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it. This invitation does not limit lawful payment disputes, complaints or other remedies. We do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded. The Returns and Shipping Policies explain our order-resolution process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. We show the effective date on this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce the terms or rights attached to an existing order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
